BRIDGE
STUDENTS

6TH - 12TH GRADE

The wave starts here.

Bridge Students exists to make disciples of Christ by equipping students to be with Jesus and become like Him for the sake of the world.

WHO WE ARE

We long to see countless waves of youth going to the nations to wash every tribe, nation, and tongue in the surpassing treasure of Jesus' love.

In light of the gospel, we choose to see every person as Imago Dei. We choose to know students' names and stories. We choose to love students enough to meet them where they are, but not leave them where they're at. We choose to send students into their spheres of influence equipped to be winsome ambassadors of Christ.

WHY STUDENT MINISTRY MATTERS

In every great gospel movement in history, young people were at the forefront. That’s why we say:
“The wave starts here.” Knowing that there is an opportunity to disciple the next generation for kingdom advancement, our goal is to create a growing community of students who respond in faith and repentance to the gospel message, so that they can be sent out to take the gospel to their schools, their friend groups, their sports teams… and one day, to the ends of the earth.

GOSPEL-CENTERED
TEACHING & WORSHIP

We have only one message—Jesus. We are not here to preach good behavior or good advice. We are here to be a place where students can explore their faith and be a generation on fire for the mission of the gospel. We create intentional times of worship, prayer, and teaching where students can learn more about who Jesus is and have their hearts transformed by what He wants to do in their lives.

GOSPEL COMMUNITY

We believe that God will use the words and songs from corporate worship to start meaningful conversations among our students, and we want to provide a place to facilitate these conversations. Small groups are where this happens. Students gather in circles (grade- and gender-specific) led by dedicated volunteers to talk about faith, worship, and discipleship habits to form well-rounded followers of Christ in some of the most pivotal years of life.
