This role will free the Lead Pastor to work “on” the organization and less “in” resulting in Bridge leadership development, expansion, and No More Fatherless getting the attention needed to continue to grow.

The Executive Assistant will be responsible for ensuring administrative and organizational support to the Lead Pastor of Teaching. A win in this role is someone who will proactively anticipate the needs of the Lead Pastor of Teaching and provide exceptional support so he can use his time wisely. This is a high-level role that will help bring continual continuity and care to the team to help further the mission of The Bridge.

The Student Pastor will provide leadership and vision for all of Bridge Student Ministries along with executing all aspects of ensuring the spiritual growth and development of our high school students (grades 9-12th). Additionally, this person will oversee and lead the student staff team for both middle school and high school environments. This includes ministry-wide weekly programming, student small groups, special events (camps, retreats, large all ministry-wide events, etc), and missional presence in our local schools.
BRIDGE KIDS COORDINATOR

The Bridge Kids Coordinator role requires someone with a passion for the mission of Kids Ministry, but more importantly, the person in this role must be passionate to equip people with the resources they need and develop them to be leaders in ministry.
If you have a passion to raise up the next generation of leaders and can correctly use correctly use the word “sus” in a sentence, we’d love to talk!
The Columbia Student Director will working closely with the High School and Middle School Student Directors to build and cultivate a thriving student ministry at our Columbia campus. They will be responsible for raising up and equipping volunteers to walk in students' lives, partner with parents in discipling their students, and manage all of the day-to-day operations of a fast paced student ministry.

The Worship Director will be a part of the Worship & Creative department that seeks to come alongside the vision of our church by facilitating a culture where people leave our Worship Gatherings saying, “Surely God is in this place.” They will lead our musicians and prioritize excellence in preparation for rehearsals and Sunday worship gatherings. This person will build, disciple, and equip the teams for future ministry, always prioritizing people over the tools needed to get ministry done.
