CONNECTIONS DIRECTOR

The Connections Director will be responsible for leading and developing our Spring Hill Connections Team. This role will require someone who is great at assimilating people from being part of a crowd to being part of our core and will lead teams of volunteers to create a culture of intentional hospitality, ensuring that guests can experience a tangible expression of the gospel within their first few minutes.
PRODUCTION DIRECTOR

The Production Director works to create moments where people experience the love of Christ — whether that be in video, photo, design, music, or production. This person will work “up” with the Executive Pastor of Worship & Experiences, “down” with an expanding team of volunteers and future staff, and “alongside” a driven Worship and Production team. The Production Director is responsible for recruiting and developing the next generation of production leaders in the church. While also responsible for a high-standard of excellence in audio, video, and lighting, they see the gear as a tool to help develop people.
CENTRAL PROJECT MANAGER

The Project Manager will manage the successful execution of projects from inception to completion. This involves planning, awareness of budgets, and team leadership to ensure that projects are completed on time and with excellent quality. Having the ability to adapt to changing circumstances, manage lots of projects at once, and make informed decisions will be crucial in this role. The Project Manager will ensure that deliverables meet quality standards and be aware of 1%s to learn and gain insights for future improvements.
STUDENT PASTOR

The Student Pastor will provide leadership and vision for all of Bridge Student Ministries along with executing all aspects of ensuring the spiritual growth and development of our high school students (grades 9-12th). Additionally, this person will oversee and lead the student staff team for both middle school and high school environments. This includes ministry-wide weekly programming, student small groups, special events (camps, retreats, large all ministry-wide events, etc), and missional presence in our local schools.
