It’s simple. Do you have a passion for the local church, a gift for leading leaders, and enjoy having fun while you do it? We’d love to chat!
Put simply, the Pastor of Ministries embodies and replicates “who The Bridge is” in our local community and leads the charge to help people be with Jesus and become like Him for the sake of the world. They do this by carrying our mission, strategy, and culture. The Pastor of Ministries' primary role is to lead the central ministry staff to equip the saints for the work of ministry and help other campus pastors to do the same.
PASTOR OF MINISTRIES
Do you often find yourself with the title “coach”? Do you have a gift for gathering people together? Then this might be the perfect role for you!
The Associate Campus Director will come alongside our Campus Pastor to provide leadership development at the campus level and raise up and equip volunteers across two of our ministry areas of the following: Connections/Portable, Students, Kids, or Worship. This role will require someone who is great at assimilating people from being part of a crowd to being part of our core.
ASSOCIATE CAMPUS DIRECTOR | COLUMBIA
CREATIVE PROJECT MANAGER
Does your love language include list creation? Do you plan ahead for trips and triple check that you’ve marked everything off your packing list? We need your pro level of execution. Let’s talk!
The Creative Project Manager’s role is to implement and oversee the systems and practices of our creative team to enhance the potential and execution of vision, creativity, and strategy. He/she will work closely with the head of our Worship/Creative team to support The Bridge’s worship gatherings, events, marketing, and departmental needs.
STUDENTS DIRECTOR | COLUMBIA
If you can correctly use the word “drip” in a sentence, this role is for you! Let’s chat!
The Student Director will equip volunteers to walk in students' lives, partner with parents in discipling their students, and manage all the day-to-day operations of a fast-paced student ministry. This person will build, disciple, and equip the teams for future ministry, always prioritizing people over the tools needed to get ministry done.
WORSHIP DIRECTOR | COLUMBIA
If your most embarrassing moments involve some kind of in-ear mishap, we’d love to talk!
The Worship Director will be a part of the Worship & Creative department that seeks to come alongside the vision of our church by facilitating a culture where people leave our Worship Gatherings saying, “Surely God is in this place.” They will lead our musicians and prioritize excellence in preparation for rehearsals and Sunday worship gatherings. This person will build, disciple, and equip the teams for future ministry, always prioritizing people over the tools needed to get ministry done.
KIDS COORDINATOR | COLUMBIA
Do you love bringing the gospel to kids on their level, but love building a team to do it with you even more? And, be honest, do you keep Veggie Tales songs on your favorite playlist? Let's talk!
The Bridge Kids Coordinator will be responsible for relational development with leaders, equipping small group leaders and volunteers in their roles, creating a fun and creative environment for kids to hear the Gospel, and innovating new ways to resource families as they disciple their children at our Columbia campus. This role requires a passion for the mission of Kids Ministry, but more importantly, the person in this role must be passionate to equip people with the resources they need and develop them to be leaders in ministry.
We are looking to chat with Creatives who have the following background:
"I’ve had the honor of being on The Bridge staff for five years, and what I’ve always appreciated from day one is that what you see on a Sunday is what you see on a Monday, too. This staff is one of the most authentic groups of people who all come to the mission with humility, joy, and ambition. Any leader—young or old—is welcome to the table here as we all chase after one goal: to see gospel transformation happen and stopping at nothing short to see it."
Favorite Leadership Behavior: Be the Buffalo. If Jesus was willing to run into the broken places, the hard situations, the raging seas and storms... I love that we won’t fear doing that too, so Jesus can be known in the places where he might feel furthest away.
We exist for those in our community, local church, and around the world. Our mission is important! But we also know that our team members’ well-being is vital to this mission. When our team and their families are healthy, it results in better outcomes for everyone! Simply put, we care about YOU!
