Executive Assistant to Lead Pastor (Part-Time)

Equal parts detail wizard, hospitality pro, and strategic right-hand—if that’s you, let’s connect.

The Executive Assistant will be responsible for ensuring administrative and organizational support to the Lead Pastor. A win in this role is someone who will proactively anticipate the needs of the Lead Pastor and provide exceptional support so he can use his time wisely.  This is a high-level role that will help bring continual continuity and care to the the team to help further the mission of The Bridge.

Bridge Kids Volunteer Coordinator (Part-Time)

If you get excited about healthy teams, organized plans, and helping volunteers feel seen and supported, let’s connect.

The Bridge Kids Volunteer Coordinator will recruit, onboard, and support volunteers, while building meaningful relationships that encourage and develop them. Oversee scheduling and systems (CCB), ensuring all volunteer roles are filled, organized, and communicated clearly each week. Help foster a healthy, leadership-driven culture by caring for volunteers, supporting Sunday operations, and contributing to the overall effectiveness of the kids ministry team.

Bridge Students Admin (Part-Time)

If you like herding cats, reading contracts and setting the table for students to encounter Jesus, then let's chat!

The Bridge Students Admin will be responsible for ensuring administrative and organizational support to the Student Ministry Director and the Bridge Students team in Spring Hill. This role will require someone who is great with details, execution oriented, and self-driven. They will provide continual care to the team to help further the mission of The Bridge Student Ministry.

Favorite Leadership Behavior

Serve First, Last, and Always. Serving others is just one tangible way we can demonstrate the love of Jesus. If there is some way to help–I’m all in! I see this behavior demonstrated daily amongst our staff, and it is so special to be a part of it! There are no egos or titles, just people working beyond their roles to serve each other and step-in whenever there are needs. 

 

Why I Love Being on Staff

I can honestly say that there is something special about the staff culture of The Bridge. I saw it as a member of the church, long before I ever even joined the staff. It’s an environment where everyone genuinely cares for each other. Work is important, and it gets done, but there is always time for fun and connection. Laughter fills the halls–even on our busiest days!
