Our mission here at The Bridge is to be with Jesus and become like Him for the sake of the world. When we say “for the sake of the world,” that’s our call to make a difference for the kingdom of God. We believe that knowing God is followed by sharing God with others, and serving on a team at The Bridge is one of the ways you can make a difference in the faith of others around you.

Worship & Production
We exist to create spaces where people encounter God—through worship, creative expression, singing, Scripture, and prayer, as well as production elements like lights, sound, and video—so everyone can engage with and respond to the presence of Jesus.

Creative & Bridge Online
Our creative team uses their gifts to reflect God's beauty, truth, and love, setting a table where every story matters and every step toward Jesus is celebrated. Bridge Online creates a global community where people encounter Jesus, grow in faith, and connect authentically.

Missions
Our Missions team empowers our church to go where Jesus is least known and most misunderstood, bringing the gospel to every table. We partner with local, national, and global organizations meeting physical, relational, and spiritual needs. If you feel called to serve or go, join us!

Kids
Bridge Kids helps kids make friends and follow Jesus in a safe, fun, and age-appropriate environment, with Biblically based teaching and hands-on learning. Bridge+ ensures children of all abilities also experience Jesus’ love and fully belong in our community.

Students
Bridge Students exists to make room at the table for every student to meet Jesus, and from this table, students are sent to set new tables where His gospel takes root.
Safety & Facilities
The Facilities team serves by setting up, maintaining, and upgrading Bridge environments to ensure a safe, distraction-free worship experience each Sunday. Made up of “behind-the-scenes” men and women passionate about quality.
Prayer & Groups
The Prayer team creates a welcoming space for people to share, receive prayer, and encounter Jesus’ love throughout the week. Bridge Groups foster authentic community, helping people grow like Jesus together and experience faith in the context of real relationships.
Events & Admin
Strategic events help us build community by meeting real needs and sharing the gospel. At The Bridge, we “extend our tables” to those who are lost, looking, or lonely. If you love hospitality, styling spaces, or managing details, we’d love for you to join our team!
