The Gospel is Announcement

Jesus didn’t come offering spiritual self-improvement tips—he came announcing that the Kingdom of God had arrived. In week one of The Gospel According to Jesus, we explore how the gospel is not advice, but news: Jesus is Lord, sin and death have been defeated, and his reign changes everything. This message is an invitation to lay down the “kingdom of me” as it calls us to repentance, trust, and allegiance to the crucified and risen King.
