Join us for Love My City on Saturday, September 27th! Together, we’ll meet tangible needs in our community while sharing the love and presence of Jesus. We’ll begin gathered as a church at 8:30 AM at our Columbia Location with a time of prayer, then intentionally scatter across more than 15 serve sites.

Joseph Brown Elementary

This project is focused on coming alongside Joseph Brown elementary school in Maury County by bringing joy to the playground! Volunteers will weed and paint fun games on the concrete to help create a clean and safe space of belonging for the students.

DCS Community Event

This project is about hosting a fun fall block party for families in the Maury County Diaper Connection. Volunteers will help with face painting, food, yard games, a bounce house, a car wash, and welcoming guests to create a space of belonging and fun environment for these families.

Riverside Elementary

This project supports Riverside Elementary by helping with several areas around the school. Volunteers will help decorate and clean the gym foyer and a hallway, organize the DuckMart (incentive project for families), and tidy up the courtyard garden to make the school more welcoming for students and families.

Team Praying Over the CarePortal Requests

This project involves a team praying over Maury County CarePortal requests and writing personal notes to let each family know The Bridge Church is praying for them. It's a way to offer hope, encouragement, and support through both prayer and handwritten messages.

Common Threads Thrift Store

This project supports Common Threads, a non-profit resale boutique that supports The Family Center and our community to help Maury county residents pay rent and utilities. Volunteers will help sort and organize donations.

Notes to Social Workers

This project is focused on writing thank-you notes to 998 social workers to show appreciation for their hard work and dedication. Volunteers will help create and write encouraging messages to let social workers know they are seen, valued, and supported.

The Well Hygiene Kits

This project supports The Well Outreach by putting together hygiene kits for individuals and families in need. Volunteers will help gather, pack, and organize essential hygiene items to be distributed through The Well’s programs.  We are asking each volunteer to bring a box of 50 quart size zip-locks for this project!

DCS Wrap Closet

This project is about switching the DCS closet from spring and summer clothes to winter clothes. Volunteers will help pack up warm-weather items and put out winter clothing for foster families.

The Family Center

This project is supporting The Family Center, a non-profit organization in Maury County that provides the community with temporary economic assistance and opportunities that foster healthy lives and home environments. Volunteers will help with painting and organizing the building!

The Bridge Columbia Campus

This project is helping our team to put the finishing touches our on Columbia building! Join us in creating a space of belonging in our community as we clean windows, building furniture, and install hardware to complete the construction project.

This project helps distribute diapers through the Maury County Diaper Connection to support at-risk families, children entering foster care, foster and adoptive families, and kinship families.
