The Christmas season is almost here! 

 

We’re excited to come together for our 2nd Annual Gift Market—our opportunity to invite families throughout Maury County to experience the hospitality, generosity, and love of Jesus this Christmas. In partnership with Riverside Elementary School in Columbia, our goal is to deploy hundreds of volunteers to serve hundreds of families facing economic hardship this holiday season, and you can join us on mission! 

 

Toy collections begin the week of November 2nd, with drop-off sites at both our Columbia and Spring Hill locations. Then, on December 13th, we will host a gift market where families can purchase toys at a discounted rate—and 100% of proceeds go back to Riverside Elementary to support the needs and goals of the school. 

 

Alongside the market, we plan to serve a meal, have prayer stations, provide family photos, and a lot of other touch-points that show the hospitality of Christ and help us live out the vision to bring the gospel to every table.

 

Your generosity of time and resources is key to making this possible—so here is how you can get involved! 

​WHO ARE WE SERVING? 

This year, the Gift Market will invite families from Riverside Elementary, the Pregnancy Centers of Middle Tennessee, and those related to incarcerated men and women in Maury County Jail. All families will be able to purchase two (2) gifts per child in their household at a discounted rate.

 

HOW CAN I DONATE? 

Gift donations should be appropriate for kids mainly in grades K-5, and all gifts must be brand new. Check out the Amazon Wishlist created with some of the most wanted items this Christmas (and will ship directly to us!), or go shopping on your own and bring donations for drop-off to any Sunday service.

Drop all donations at a campus by Wednesday, December 10th. 

 

WHAT ITEMS SHOULD I PURCHASE? 

Gifts should be brand new, ranging anywhere from $10-$30, based on your budget. The Amazon Wishlist is a good place to start, but if you want to shop elsewhere, here is a list of most-wanted items:

We will need volunteers serving in the following spots on Saturday, December 13th.
 

  • Decorating & Set-Up/Teardown Team

  • Food Prep / Serving Team

  • Prayer Team

  • Gift Wrapping Team

  • Photobooth Team

  • Hospitality / Welcome Team

  • Cashier Team

  • Kids Zone / Craft Team

  • Bilingual (Spanish) Team 

 

Volunteers have three shifts to choose from! Sign up using our form to choose your volunteer position and shift. Families and Bridge Groups are welcome to serve together!

 

1st Shift: 7:30a-10:00a 
 

2nd Shift: 9:00a-11:00a 


3rd Shift: 10:00a-12:30p
