SERMON OVERVIEW:

Prayer is not about getting better at prayer, it is about getting closer to God. So many Christians find praying hard due to distraction, busyness, or being at a loss for words. We make it so much harder than it needs to be. Ephesisans 6:18 shows us that to talk with God, we should pray everywhere, for everything, and everyone. Repetition makes us better at every task, so why wouldn't it help in our prayer life as well?

"The only rule of prayer is to show up and keep showing up." - Ronald Rolheiser
