WHAT IS ALPHA?

Alpha is a 4 week course each Sunday between Nov 12th - Dec 3rd from 12:30p-1:45p. This course is built around being a safe place for those with questions or doubts to ask questions as a community. People of all backgrounds can get together to explore the big questions of life, Jesus, and faith over a free lunch.

Just real conversations.

HOW DOES IT WORK?

1. JOIN US FOR LUNCH

We meet in person with a chance to build friendships at a shared table. Each week a free lunch will be provided.. 

2. SHARE YOUR THOUGHTS

Here, you can share your thoughts about faith and life. Feel free to say whatever you like or as little as you like, it's up to you. 

3. HEAR FROM OTHERS

Hear from the other people in your group about their beliefs and questions.

The heart behind Alpha is to provide a safe and non-judgmental environment for individuals to explore the Christian faith. Participants are encouraged to ask questions, express doubts, and address past hurts, including church-related pain, without fear of judgment. No question is considered insignificant, and everyone is welcome to learn and process their experiences. The goal is to foster open dialogue and understanding, welcoming people from diverse faith backgrounds and perspectives to engage with Christianity and share their opinions on life. Ultimately, the aim is to discover purpose and meaning in the world through this enriching and inclusive journey.

To understand the validity of the Bible, we have to answer the questions of how the Bible came to be, how it came to us, and how it came together. Understanding this can grow our trust that the Bible is truly the word of God miraculously preserved through generations.
